Pastor/Staff Relations supports and counsels the Pastor on matters
pertaining to the Pastor?congregation relationship. We assist the
Pastor in hiring and evaluating staff members, redefining job
descriptions when necessary, as well as in terminating or otherwise
changing staff positions. We are responsible to work with the Pastor to
maximize productivity and job satisfaction and to make recommendations
for changes to the Official Board.
